1. Remove the foot mask from the pouch.
2. Unfold the "sock" part of the mask and gently tear open the "boot" part of the mask.
3. Fold the wings above the marked line into the socks.
4. Apply the foot mask like you would put on socks.
5. Leave the mask on for 1.5 hours, then remove it and rinse your feet with water.
