• When the order is placed and payment has been verified, our local (California) warehouse will process the order. The order will usually ship out within 1 business day.

• Our order cut off time for beauty products will be 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)

• Once the warehouse packages and ships the package, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. The estimated delivery time starts when the package leaves our warehouse facility to the final destination (excludes processing time).

• Based on item availability, the processing time for an item at the warehouse will vary.

• Most packages will be delivered within the estimated arrival time, however this may be affected by weather conditions, issues in flight arrangements, and other unforeseen circumstances.
